Here, their focus on organic cultivation yields exquisite expressions of Elgin Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Cabernet Franc, and Semillon. Benefiting from Elgin's abundant rainfall, cooler temperatures, and ancient Bokkeveld shale soils rich in minerals, the Touchstone marks their debut vintage from this estate.

Inspired by Burgundian finesse, the wine unveils vibrant aromas of lime, green citrus, and lemon sherbet, intertwining with delicate nuances of Crème Brulée, slate, and subtle oak spice on the palate.
