Does someone need to be home to sign for the delivery?
Yes, federal law requires that someone 21 years of age or older must be present to sign for any wine shipment. We recommend shipping to a business address if no one is available at home during the day.
What is your 'Satisfaction Guarantee' policy?
If you receive a bottle that doesn't meet your expectations or is damaged, simply let us know. We will issue a store credit for the value of the bottle so you can try something else from our collection.
How long will it take for my wine to arrive?
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Depending on your location, shipping usually takes an additional 2-7 business days via our specialized carriers.
Where do you ship to?
We currently ship to most states within the United States. However, due to state-specific regulations, we are unable to ship to Alabama, Alaska, Arkansas, Hawaii, Mississippi, South Dakota, and Utah.
Can I customize my own case of wine?
Absolutely! While we offer curated mystery cases and themed bundles, you can also use our 'Build Your Own Case' feature to select the specific reds, whites, or rosés you prefer.
How should I store my wine once it arrives?
For best results, store your bottles in a cool, dark place with a consistent temperature, ideally around 55°F (13°C). Keep bottles with corks on their sides to prevent the cork from drying out.
