After several years of experience, he is now a traveling winemaker, blending tradition and modern techniques to obtain high-quality wines with utmost respect to the different grapes and terroir in which he works.
La Bollina "Minetta" Monferrato DOC is a quintessential Piedmont wine made of 100% Barbera grapes. The color is a beautiful light garnet with ruby tones. The body is a medium-full density with a pleasant acidity and is accompanied by a strong, fruity aroma. Blackberry, cherry and plum notes are balanced with a wonderfully tart finish. We recommend pairing with pork, veal or chicken.
