The wine macerates in contact with the skins for a period between 2-4 days, producing a wine that is an intense cherry red color with a purple hue background. On the nose, Condessa Luna features very attractive aromas of fruit with hints of ripeness with a very good structure on the palate; fresh, fruity, lively, and balanced. We recommend pairing with red meat, roasted lamb and pork, stews, and semi-mature cheeses.
