A petite chateau and operated by the Holzberg family, there are a lot of things to love about the Chateau. The winery is in the final stages of certifying as an organic wine producer, meaning they focus on the purity of the delicious fruit flavors. A blend of Merlot (72%), Cabernet Franc (24%), and Malbec (4%), the palate is sheer elegance. Plum and prune notes lead on the fruit, balanced by a slight smokiness and even a hint of almond. It is simply unbeatable.
